Lyrics
The Traveller I am travelling the land With my guitar in hand Feeling free Free as I can be When I´m comming to town I will always go down To the pub Trying to fire it up With a song If You´re there, sing along Let us have some fun "Party" with me "Sing" here with me Music makes happy And we will be free "Party" with me "Drink" here with me Music makes happy And we will be singing along To the songs Of our hearts We will sing all night long Though I´m old and I´m grey I know I just can´t stay In one place More than a few days I feel restless inside Like a turn of the tide And the next Party is the best Sings a song If You´re there, sing along Let us have some fun

Lots of work went into this one me thinks! Love the transition at 1:12...and from there on it just plain rocks. The intro and outro were woven in brilliantly. great progressive rocker Knud!
A most beautiful song Knud! The essence of the Final CBC Song Challenge was captured fully as an Irish/Celtic tune. The mix of vocals with instrumentation was PERFECT with both excitement and other emotive feelings. Also, the lyrics are especially good with an excellent story told/sung. Thanks for the song pleasure! Bob (and the JBBQ "Guys")

Just plain insanely great! You've got it goin on in so many ways! It definitely is like a time travel tune, going from classic styles to metal and rock. Its like the Moody Blues goes to the pub with the chieftains and motorhead and have a really great time! Perfect Job!

Extremely special, hard rocking yet smoothly segmented bliss, talent and creativity to the max, a hit tune that entirely works year-round, bravo!

Absolutely brilliant! One of my very favs of the night - 6:18 and I didn't want it to end! You blended 3 different sections together so seamlessy - each one a great tune on its own but together making a seriously good piece of prog/celtic/metal/folk or whatever. The transition to the "party with me" chorus is particularly pleasing. Excellent work KE!

At the start I already think the title is very well chosen, because it feels like walking (marching) big distances. I like the changes in the song. From Folk into Rock (Folk Rock?). Yes, we are traveling. Nice, a bit retro as well (70's, 80's?).

Absolutely brilliant work here Knud-Erik! The way the ballad blooms into a total rocker is just amazingly entertaining.

Really great song, Knud. Love the themes, the guitar playing and the changes from unplugged to rock. Great lyrics too, telling a story you can relate too. We are all travellers in music, looking for the next song :)
